What’s Happening?
The two-day event consists of:
PMOLearn! The largest PMO classroom event. We’ll tackle four key PMO topics with a mixture of expert facilitated learning, workshops and exercises.
The PMO Conference is a packed day with a host of expert speakers, networking opportunities and our PMO exhibition. Agenda coming soon.

With talks aimed at all levels of the PMO profession, from your first PMO role, to PMO Directors, there’ll be something for you.

The PMO Conference will take place on Wednesday 13th November.
Both days will open for registration at 8:45am and finish at 5pm.

Paying by Purchase Order?
No problem, here’s what to do:
- Select that you are booking on behalf of a company during checkout
- You will be able to add a purchase order number, VAT number, and your company registration number to the invoice.
- Select the payment by ‘direct bank transfer’ and the invoice will be sent automatically to the billing email address after checkout.

What happens once I've booked a ticket?
You'll receive a few emails from us, one to confirm your purchase (you will receive an invoice) and a separate email to each attendee confirming their ticket.
Each attendee will then receive an email nearer to the time of the event to complete their delegate registration so we can confirm their contact details and any dietary/accessibility requirements.We need these details so we can make sure you receive the correct ticket.
As we get closer to the event, attendees will receive full joining instructions including details about the agenda, venue, and after-party.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, when you complete your purchase an invoice will be automatically sent to the billing email address.

Can I pay by bank transfer (BACS)?
While our preview rate tickets are on sale, payment is only available by credit card. When the preview rate ends, at the end of April, tickets will be available by direct bank transfer.
How do I add a purchase order number to my invoice?
If you select that you are booking on behalf of a company during checkout, you will have the option to add a purchase order number, VAT number, and your company registration number to the invoice.

Is there a group rate available?
A group rate will be available after the preview rate ticket sale.
I'm buying multiple tickets for my organisation but don't know yet exactly who's attending?
When you select multiple tickets, you'll be asked to fill out the name and email address for each attendee. You can enter any details you know, and leave the rest blank.
Once you know who will be attending, just let us know the names and email addresses of each attendee.
How do I book tickets on behalf of someone else?
You'll be asked to enter the name and email of the attendee when you select your ticket. You will then be able to fill in your own details in the checkout billing information.
You will receive the purchase confirmation and the attendee will receive their ticket and registration link.
I'm a Full/Online House of PMO member, how do I access my discounted rate?
Just make sure you're logged in when you make your purchase and your membership rate will be applied automatically.
I've already booked my tickets but need to transfer them to another attendee?
Please get in contact with us at housekeeper@houseofpmo.com. Please include the original attendee's details, and the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer the ticket to.
I need support applying for my visa to visit the UK, what do I do?
