In this free session we take a look at the PMO service catalogue and learn how to create a PMO service. Attendees will learn about why a service catalogue exists, what it is used for and how to create one for your PMO.
Eileen will get into the detail of what a service consists of and how to complete the description of a service and the key elements required to fully outline the service.
You’ll also see examples of the latest services to be added by the House of PMO and you’ll be encouraged to take part in the latest initiative by the House of PMO – The PMO Service Catalogue Project.

The super series takes place over 6 months with one event a month - all focused on a specific PMO topic. We launch the series with an Agile PMO Super Series.
The session is hosted by our agility lodger Matthew Milsom and you're invited to take part in any of the sessions - if you're really keen to learn about anything and everything agile/Agile in your role, consider attending all six of the sessions.
How it Works
Register and add your response to the first question - 'what would you like to see covered in this first session?'
Your responses help to create the super series backlog and at the end of each session, a new crowdsourced area of interest for the next session is chosen.
In other words, it's you, the attendee that chooses what the sessions are focused on.
You can attend all the sessions or just dip into the ones that interest you the most.
