We enjoyed our session on The Top Five Things that Make Great PMO Administrators so much we’ve decided to do another for PMO Analysts! (You can also see one for Manager levels too)
In this session we take a look at the roles of PMO Analysts, Project Support Officers and Project Co-ordinators and reveal the top five things that really help people in these roles do a great job.
We will be looking at the different parts of the role and highlight which areas are the most important and have the biggest impact for your organisation today. We will also be looking at the competences, knowledge, skills and behaviours that great PMO Analysts have and how you too can follow those examples and perhaps think a little differently about your own role.
