The Project:Hack event takes place on the 28th and 29th November at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
This two-day event is the largest UK project data hackathon. Learn more about the event here: https://bit.ly/3BddW2J
You can opt to take part in the whole Hack event or you can join us for a special roundtable session on the afternoon of Monday 28th November which is purely focused on the Next Generation PMO.
We’re hosting a roundtable session during the Hack event as part of the Project Data Analytics Task Force.
We’re inviting anyone who is interested in where the PMO is going in the future.
Here’s more about the Task Force:
Data driven project delivery will transform project delivery, but only if we open our minds to the scale of the opportunity and set our ambition accordingly. Implementing dashboards is a welcome step forward, but the opportunities extend far beyond this.
But most organisations are stuck in the here and now. Grappling with today’s challenges and lacking the bandwidth to think more strategically.
The Project Data Analytics Task Force is tackling this challenge head on by creating a series of Visions for 2025. Reimagining every strand of project delivery and developing an achievable set of outcomes. Then shaping this into a series of roadmaps.
We’ll then work with the community to deliver these roadmaps through solutions developed at hackathons. Working together, collaboratively to drive transformational change at pace.
We’re looking to set the Vision for 2025 for PMO – it’s called Next Generation PMO Vision 2025.
And to do that, we need your help.
During this two-hour roundtable facilitated session, we will be working to set that vision, creating something that everyone currently working in PMO today can get behind.
It’s a great opportunity to get involved in your community, meet others and help us drive the profession of PMO forward.
Here’s the working version to help you decide if this is something you’d like to get involved in.
It takes place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, 782 High Road, London N17 0BX.
It takes place on Monday 28th November from 2pm until 4.30pm.
Book your free place and spread the word to other PMO professionals who would be interested in helping to shape the Next Generation PMO
