The House of PMO’s Eileen Roden will be speaking at the first annual conference for the Healthcare Project+ Change Association (HPCA) in London.

HPCA is the professional body for those working in project and change management within the NHS and other healthcare bodies. Originating in 2017, HPCA aims to create a self-sustaining profession across the NHS and their mission is to represent and support health and social care projects and change professionals through influencing health and social care policy, promoting best practices, and providing high-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and education.
