In this session, we take a look at how PMOs in Spain are managed and run. We welcome Leonardo Reyes from PMOfficers, who works with organisations across Spain in training and consulting.

We are always interested to hear how other organisations utilise PMOs to support change activity – and in this session we get to hear about a number of different aspects.
