The PMO Manager’s Lunch takes place annually – and brings together 10 leads in PMO, talking over lunch about a particular PMO topic.
This event leads to the production of an Inside PMO report, which brings the insights from the lunch to a wider audience. This lunch will form the seventh edition of Inside PMO.
This event is free to attend, some PMO leaders are invited to attend, others are allocated based on their experiences to date in the subject matter for the lunch.
This year’s focus is The PMO as a Business Function
At House of PMO we want to explore what it means to an organisation and the PMO if a PMO was not just seen as an Office but more like a business function like HR or finance for example.
More and more organisations are using an integrated PMO model to design and implement a number of PMOs across the business.
We would like to understand how the PMO business function would be structured; where it would sit in the business and who it would report to. Would it include other project management functions like delivery and controls? Would there be a PMO Director (or Chief Projects Officer) who sits on the board?
We’re looking for PMO Directors; ePMO Managers; Heads of PMO and Heads of PPM to join us for the annual lunch and share their experiences and insights.
If you are interested in taking part – the lunch takes place in a Central London restuarant on Friday 2nd December, 12 noon to 3pm.
Please express your interest and we will be in touch.
