Wednesday Evening – The Pre-Conference Shindig
Meet your fellow attendees, speakers and the House of PMO team at our brand-new Pre-Conference Shindig. It’s informal, relaxed, and the perfect way to kick off your PMO Conference experience with great conversation and a few cheeky tipples. This is the main event – a full day of learning, insight and inspiration tailored just for PMO professionals. With four dedicated content streams, expert speakers from around the globe, and over 20 sessions to choose from, you’ll find the ideas and answers you need to futureproof your PMO. Opening Keynote: “Reflections and Aspirations – The Past, Present, and Future of PMO”
We kick off with an all-star keynote panel featuring Eileen Roden, Laura Barnard, and Americo Pinto, reflecting on how PMOs have evolved, where we are today, and what the future holds. ✔ The evolution of PMOs – What’s changed in the last 10 years and where are we heading? ✔ The key shifts in strategy, technology, and leadership that PMO professionals need to embrace. ✔ The PMO of the future – What we want to see, wish would happen, and dream could be possible. 
Closing Keynote: “The Therapy of Change – How I Need to Change to Facilitate the Best Change”
The one and only Professor Eddie Obeng takes us on an interactive, high-energy journey through adapting, thriving, and leading in times of relentless change. Expect a fast-paced, inspiring session packed with practical takeaways, and yes, free goodies, including tools and insights from his book All Change! – ensuring that the learning doesn’t stop when the conference ends.
