PMO Insight Conference: Edinburgh 26 takes place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, a central Edinburgh venue designed for conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events. The event will use the Lennox spaces, with the main conference in Lennox 2 and the Partner Studio and catering in Lennox 1.

Getting there

By train

Haymarket Station is the closest major station. Exit Haymarket Station, head east towards pedestrian crossing, walk straight up Morrison Street to find EICC on the left.

By tram

The tram stops at Haymarket, with a short onward walk to the venue. Exit Haymarket Station, head east towards pedestrian crossing, walk straight up Morrison Street to find EICC on the left.

By bus

Bus options are available into central Edinburgh and Haymarket. For local services, check Lothian Buses

By taxi or car

By plane

The EICC is in central Edinburgh, so delegates have a wide choice of hotels, restaurants and places to meet nearby.

You can check out Hotelmap which not only offers discounts but also shows how close to the venue you are.

As the event starts on Monday 16 November, delegates may find that staying on Sunday and Monday nights offers better value than travelling around the busier weekend period. Hotel prices will vary, so we recommend booking early once your place is confirmed.

Enjoy the City Before the Conference

Edinburgh is a brilliant place to turn a work event into a longer stay. Arrive over the weekend, explore the city, enjoy the restaurants, galleries, history and winter atmosphere, then head into the conference ready for two focused days with the PMO community. With the event starting on Monday, staying for the weekend sounds like a pre-Christmas treat (the Christmas Markets open on the 14th November!)

Food, Drinks, Breaks

Refreshments, lunch and break-time conversations are built into the two-day event. The Partner Studio will sit within the catering and networking flow, helping delegates connect with partners and peers throughout the event.

Socialising

We always like to include some socialising time at the conference – watch this space as we plan for the end of day one and two!
