It’s the sixth (geese a-laying) day of our 12 Stand Up for PMO Days Before Christmas and some further insights from our first PMO Unconference from Manchester.
We split the day into four areas: setting up a PMO; running a PMO; closing down a PMO and evolving a PMO.
