In this session, we revisit the report and gain a refresher on the circle of resource management which was first published in 2017. the report focuses on resource management in the PMO and outlines a structured approach to managing resources across portfolio, project, and individual levels, emphasising capacity planning, allocation, and skills development. It highlights the PMO's central role in balancing resource demands, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, and addressing the challenges of managing skilled personnel effectively.
