Marketing Opportunities

As a PMO Conference exhibitor we want to shout about you!

We’d love to work with your to promote your products and services so you can make the most out of your sponsorship opportunity. Take a look at the ways we can help you. 

After Party

We’ll be hosting an after party from 5pm – 8pm. We ask that your stands are clear by 5pm and all exhibitors are welcome to join us for some food and a drink.

In-Bag Merchandise

Want to drop a small piece of merchandise* in our PMO Conference bag? Deliver your merch to House of PMO,  47 York Street, Heywood, OL10 4NN by the 1st November and we’ll bag them. Or bring them on the day to add yourselves. Please let Chris know what you’re planning to add.
*excludes all paper materials



Packages may be delivered to the venue from the 1st November. Please ensure that your packages are marked with the correct address and include the event name and date as well as your company name and stand number.

Stands can be packed down from 4pm, after delegates have entered the closing keynote and before 5pm at the end of the conference.

Boxes should be labelled and left in the designated pickup spot in the exhibition hall.

AV and Extra Furniture Hire

All stands will have a table and two chairs, access to power and the inhouse venue wifi. AV and extra furniture is also available to hire for exhibitors. 

Any orders can be placed directly through the suppliers site.

Brochure Ad

Your advert for the PMO Conference brochure must be submitted to Chris by the 16th October in order to meet the print deadline.

Please submit your advert as a .pdf or .ai file with a 3mm bleed (.ai file is preferable)


The days schedule and all talks will be available on the day in the Conference brochure, but a brief overview of the day is available here.

Set-up time will be available on the evening of November 12th between 5pm and 8pm. You can then access the venue from 7:30am on November 13th.

Stands should be ready by the time delegates begin to arrive at 8:30am. Stands can be closed down from 4.00pm after all delegates have made their way to the closing keynote.

All keynotes take place in the main conference centre and sessions take place between the centre, Great Hall, and the New Library.

All breaks are in the exhibition space with the catering stations placed amongst the stands (shown on the floorplan below). Hot drinks are available throughout the day in the exhibition space.
