The Top Five Things that Make Great PMO Administrators
In this session we focused on the roles of PMO Administrators, Project Support Officers and Project Co-ordinators and revealed the top five things that really help people in these roles do a great job.
We looked at the different parts of the role and highlighted which areas are the most important and have the biggest impact for your organisation today. We also looked at competences, knowledge, skills and behaviours that great PMO Administrators have and how you too can follow those examples and perhaps think a little differently about your own role.
