We’re celebrating our first birthday, join us for a live session where we’ll take a look back at where we’ve come from, where we’re going and answer questions from our PMO peers.
The #PMOwfh is a monthly magazine show - if you're working at home and looking for a quick catch up on all things PMO - with sessions like 10 in 10 and ridiculous jingles, come and join us.
An exclusive House of PMO member event which takes place bi-monthly.
This hour session gives you the opportunity to take part in a session which is 100% focused on PMO careers.
You have the option to add a question of your own or just join in and take part in the career-related discussion.
The first part of this month's session is dedicated to one aspect of PMO careers, decided on by members - the second part, to answering member questions.
We all have something to share from our own personal experiences and we definitely take away something when we hear what has worked for others.
This session is open to anyone interested in career management - at any level of PMO experience - and within any role.
Registration required - free to paid members
A new type of event from House of PMO - the 'super series'.
The super series takes place over 6 months with one event a month - all focused on a specific PMO topic. We launch the series with an Agile PMO Super Series.
The session is hosted by our agility lodger Matthew Milsom and you're invited to take part in any of the sessions - if you're really keen to learn about anything and everything agile/Agile in your role, consider attending all six of the sessions.
How it Works
Register and add your response to the first question - 'what would you like to see covered in this first session?'
Your responses help to create the super series backlog and at the end of each session, a new crowdsourced area of interest for the next session is chosen.
In other words, it's you, the attendee that chooses what the sessions are focused on.
You can attend all the sessions or just dip into the ones that interest you the most.
The sessions are free to online and full members - a small fee for those that are currently free members.
In this session, we listen to a PMO story from Latin America. Manuel Lopez talks about his experiences working in an IT environment for a Global Insurance company based in Mexico.
We're looking forward to hearing a different perspective as Manuel talks about what the main challenges are for the PMO when working in Global environments, from cultural to language barriers and how we can be successful.
Manuel also talks about the differences between the global and local levels - how good practices implemented at a global level don't always make it to the local level, who remain stubbornly independent and resistant to change, "we have being doing it like this for several years". Sound familar?
With this session we'll hear from Manuel's experiences about how he implemented the PMO to achieve results; getting people to take action and utilise the PMO's best practices and how the value of the
PMO needs to be promoted to all company levels all the time even with your own team.

In this session, we take a look at how PMOs in Spain are managed and run. We welcome Leonardo Reyes from PMOfficers, who works with organisations across Spain in training and consulting.
We are always interested to hear how other organisations utilise PMOs to support change activity - and in this session we get to hear about a number of different aspects.
The session will share the insights from a recent report where questions were asked of Spanish organisations and their PMOs.
We find out more about the report and share our own insights in comparison.

In this session we take a look at the PMO Conference 2022 sessions and pick out some of the many insights that were shared across both London and Edinburgh conferences.
We'll be dipping into the sessions, picking out those pictures, diagrams, tables, figures and scribbles that got us intrigued.
It's a great session if you fancy an hour of dipping into different PMO themes and topics.
If you were there and fancy a recap - or perhaps you couldn't get there this year and want to see what some of the sessions were all about.
This event is open to all membership levels.
This is the final session in our 6 month series that has focused on Agile PMO challenges.
In this session, lodger Matt Milsom is joined by Nicole Reilly - our lodger who is focused on tools.
Together they'll run a session that looks at the different tools available for PMO practitioners to help them support Agile delivery.
