Essentials for PMO Directors is aimed at current PMO Directors or PMO Leads, especially those new or moving into this role. The course focuses on the essential competences, knowledge, skills and behaviours required to perform the role of a PMO Director successfully.

Pre-Requisites:

The following pre-requisites are applicable for this course:

• Essentials for PMO Managers certification OR;
• A Practitioner certificate in either P3O®, PRINCE2®, PRAXIS Framework™, AgilePM®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile, APM PFQ, PMQ, PM4SD™, PMP®, PgMP®, or CAPM or equivalent OR;
• 3 years’ experience of working within a senior role in a PMO, project, programme or portfolio environment
