House of PMO Essentials for PMO Directors™
Essentials for PMO Directors is aimed at current PMO Directors or PMO Leads, especially those new or moving into this role. The course focuses on the essential competences, knowledge, skills and behaviours required to perform the role of a PMO Director successfully.
Continue your professional and personal development journey working in a PMO and the PMO Director role.
Pre-Requisites:
The following pre-requisites are applicable for this course:
- Essentials for PMO Managers certification OR;
- A Practitioner certificate in either P3O®, PRINCE2®, PRAXIS Framework™, AgilePM®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile, APM PFQ, PMQ, PM4SD™, PMP®, PgMP®, or CAPM or equivalent OR;
- 3 years’ experience of working within a PMO, project, programme or portfolio environment

Duration: 2 days
Virtual Course Timings: 9am to 4pm UK time each day
