As we head towards the end of 2024, here at the House of PMO, we are in a reflective mood as we share the Big PMO Checklist for 2024. Throughout 2024, we’ve held many virtual and in-person sessions, two PMO Conferences, and a couple of in-depth roundtable discussions. Every week there is something for you to get involved in and learn about our wonderful profession of PMO.
This year, we launch the first Big Checklist – a checklist of actions you can browse through everything we’ve learnt throughout the year.
We created the checklist for two reasons:
- A year-end activity to summarise insights and lessons learned from all of this year’s events and sessions from the House of PMO.
- Helps PMO professionals reflect on key areas and identify improvements for their PMO practices.
