In this PMO career focused session – scenario-based self-assessments can be used to help practitioners identify their knowledge, skills and behaviours based on the common situations – or scenarios – they find themselves in whilst performing their role. One of the hardest parts of completing a self-assessment is the ability to not only remember what you’ve done in your career but also to pinpoint how you perform in those tasks and activities.
In this session, we share many different scenarios and help you develop the skills of identifying your competences, knowledge, skills, and behaviours, allowing you to perform a true and accurate self-assessment.
