Join us for the first in a series of sessions with Lloyd Norman, resource management expert from Tempus Resource (Prosymmetry)

Business agility requires the continuous alignment of strategy, delivery, and resource capacity.

This is especially true in a hybrid delivery environment.

Continuously aligning strategic delivery to available capacity allows planners to easily adapt portfolio delivery to maximize value flow while minimizing governance, budget, delivery, and talent retention risks.

The best continually adaptive capacity planning practices for hybrid delivery are incorporated in the SMART planning cycle (Size, Model, Accelerate, Reserve Talent).

Join this session to understand how effective resource planning:

  • Allows planners to confidently design their future value delivery flow
  • Is a best practice for Scaled Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery
  • Reduces delivery, budget, schedule, and talent retention risks
  • Provides transparency to how resources and funding are planned to execute strategy
  • Provides capacity-aligned roadmaps to improve delivery predictability
  • Can highlight where skills gaps may affect strategy execution
  • Can help organizations attract and retain critical talent

This session is the last of the four we will host throughout 2023, focusing on the notoriously difficult area of resource management.

This session is suitable for anyone interested in resource management, scaled Agile, capacity management and planning
