Present with Confidence – The PMO Summer Series is a three-part virtual learning experience from House of PMO, designed to help you build one of the most valuable PMO skills: confident, impactful communication.

Each session focuses on a key part of the presentation journey – from crafting compelling content, to designing clear and professional slides, to delivering with confidence and presence. Whether you’re presenting at work, running a knowledge session, or stepping up to speak at a PMO event, this series will help you feel more prepared, polished, and self-assured.

You can attend one, two, or all three sessions – each one is standalone, but together they build a complete foundation for confident PMO presenting.

Session 2: The Presentation Deck

Let’s face it – we’ve all sat through presentations where the slides did more harm than good. In this second session of the Present with Confidence summer series, we’re focusing on the visuals – how to build a PowerPoint deck that complements your content, not competes with it.

We’ll break down the art of creating clear, accessible and professional-looking slides that make your message shine, especially in the PMO world where charts, dashboards, and timelines matter.
