Since its release in 2021, the PMO Competency Framework has enabled PMO Managers to utilise the House of PMO online tool to better assess, plan and develop the PMO team’s capability.

In this session we focus on the online PMO Competency Framework Self-Assessment tool – specifically the PMO Manager’s access and how the tool works in supporting team development.

We will focus on:

• How to kick start self-assessments with team members – providing the benefits of self-assessments and what that means for an individual’s career development
• How the self-assessment tool works for managers – focusing on team outcomes
• What is available at the House of PMO to help address the self-assessment outcomes – how to close skills gaps, or provide learning opportunities for continuous improvement
• How other PMOs have utilise the benefits of the tool and the wider corporate membership benefits which help with team capability improvements.

This session is available for all levels – especially helpful to those roles which include responsibilities for PMO team development.
