P3O® Practitioner course is aimed at those leading or managing a PMO function – PMO Managers, PMO Lead, PMO Director and Head of PMO roles. The P3O® Practitioner Certification follows on from the P3O® Foundation. Where the Foundation certification focuses on the fundamentals of P3O®, the Practitioner level is about the application of P3O®.

Pre-Requisites:

• You must have already passed your P3O® Foundation.

You will need to use your own copy of the P3O® manual following the Foundation course. The eBook version of the manual is included in the cost of the P3O® Foundation classroom course as part of your exam voucher.
