Breaking the Iron Law: Megaprojects Conference
PMOs are increasingly involved in supporting complex, large-scale programmes and portfolios – from infrastructure and transformation initiatives to capital-intensive projects. This conference explores how project professionals can reframe what’s possible in capital-intensive, complex, and megaproject delivery and help break the so-called “Iron Law of Megaprojects” – projects that run over budget, over time, and under deliver, again and again.
Hosted by P3GQA, this multi-day event brings together global experts and practitioners to share frameworks, insights, and real-world cases on how to deliver better outcomes in megaprojects.
The centrepiece of the conference, Keynote Day brings together some of the most influential figures shaping the future of megaproject delivery.
Alongside these headline speakers, the day features contributions from senior figures across industry and academia, including PMI Fellows, authors, and advisers who have defined many of the standards and practices used in project management today.
