IMPACT Engine Practitioner Certification

This hands-on course takes you through the full IMPACT Engine System, the proven six-stage framework outlined in The IMPACT Engine by Laura Barnard.

For PMO professionals at any level – analysts, coordinators, practitioners, managers, and heads of PMO – who want to elevate their impact and deliver measurable outcomes.

Please note that this course is delivered over four afternoon sessions, each running from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, scheduled across two consecutive weeks (Wednesday and Thursday each week).

When purchasing, you are booking one Series Pass Ticket, this provides access to all four sessions as part of a complete course.

Individual sessions cannot be purchased separately, and attendance at all four sessions is required to complete the course. Partial attendance (for example, attending only one or two sessions) will not count as course completion.
