P3O® Foundation (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices)

The P3O® Foundation course introduces the principles, structures and roles behind effective portfolio, programme and project offices. It’s ideal for anyone working in or alongside a PMO who wants to understand how P3O can be used to design, implement and improve PMO services across an organisation.

You’ll explore how different types of PMOs support change, how to tailor P3O to suit your organisation, and how P3O fits with other best-practice frameworks. The course also prepares learners for the P3O® Foundation exam.
