What to Expect

Networking and meeting like-minded PMO professionals in a relaxed and friendly setting with several talks and opportunity for discussion. Following the session, we’ll carry on the conversations in a nearby bar for those interested in further networking.

Flash Talks on several different PMO theme areas. In this event we’ll be covering:

  • Career and professional development with the PMO Competency Framework
  • AI and the PMO
  • Latest training options
  • and an opportunity for any of the attendees to contribute with their own flash talk.

“Flash Talks” are quick, punchy presentations, usually around 5–10 minutes, where speakers share a key idea, insight, or perspective on PMO topics. It’s all about being engaging, sparking ideas, and keeping it snappy.
