Let us know who will be working on your exhibitor stand as well as who will be taking the client PMO Conference tickets if any are included in your sponsorship. We’ll need the names and email adresses for attendee and an indicator of whether they are a staff member or a guest.

After Party

All our exhibitors are invited to the PMO Conference after party so there’s more time to talk to our delegates after the conference closes. The after party takes place at The Alice, 133 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7BX, from 5:05pm- 8pm.

On the Day Polling

If you’d like to use our app to ask the delegates a question throughout the day, you can send your question (only one poll per exhibitor) and possible answers to Melissa Roden so that it can be scheduled.

In-Bag Merchandise

Want to drop a small piece of merchandise* in our PMO Conference bag? Deliver your merch to House of PMO,  47 York Street, Heywood, OL10 4NN by the 7th June and we’ll bag them. Or bring them on the day to add yourselves. Please let Chris know what you’re planning to add.

The PMO Conference App

The PMO Conference App is available to all conference delegates, speakers, and attendees. The app contains the day’s agenda, a timeline for social posts, interactive competitions, and information about all our sponsors.

This year, you will have much more control over your app page, as well as using the app for your lead scanning. This will allow you to record more information about each lead and download your scan data throughout the day.


Venue Access


Deliveries can be made from 17th June – 18th June from 7am – 6pm to White Kennet Street EC3A 7BX


Stands can be packed down from 4.15pm, after delegates have entered the closing keynote.

Boxes should be labelled and should be left in the designated pickup spot in the exhibition hall.

Boxes can only be held by the venue for one working day after the event.

AV Hire

All stands will have access to power and the inhouse etc venue wifi. Platinum and Headline sponsors have a screen included in their package already.

Additional screen hire is available for any exhibitors as well as dedicated wired or wireless internet access if necessary. 

AV Order Form

AV orders must be sent to Nicola by the 31st May. 

Brochure Ad

Your advert for the PMO Conference brochure must be submitted to Chris by the 27th May in order to meet the print deadline.

Please submit your advert as a .pdf or .ai file with a 3mm bleed (AI file is preferable)


The days schedule and all talks will be available on the day in the Conference brochure, but a brief overview of the day is available here.

Set-up time is available on the evening of 18th June from 8pm – 11pm, and then on the morning on the 19th from 7am. Stands should be ready by the time delegates begin to arrive at 8am. Stands can be closed down from 4.15pm after all delegates have made their way to Enterprise for the closing keynote.

All keynotes take place in the main room – Enterprise and all sessions are spread between Enterprise and three breakout rooms placed around the exhibition space.

All breaks are in the exhibition space with the catering stations placed amongst the stands (shown on the floorplan below). Hot drinks are available throughout the day in the exhibition space.

All exhibitors are welcome to join us at the after party post Conference at The Alice, 133 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7BX from 5:05pm- 8pm.
