After Party

All our exhibitors are invited to the PMO Conference after party so there’s more time to talk to our delegates after the conference closes. The After Party takes place at Finsbury Square Gardens from 6pm to 8pm – find out more information on the conference app.

On the Day Polling

If you’d like to use our app to ask the delegates a question throughout the day, you can send your question (only one poll per exhibitor) and possible answers to Chris Taylor so that it can be scheduled.

In-Bag Merchandise

Want to drop a small piece of merchandise* in our PMO Conference bag? Deliver your merch to to the venue on the 16th June using the delivery instructions below. Please mark any box for merch clearly and let Chris Taylor (details below) know to expect it.

The PMO Conference App

The PMO Conference App is available to all conference delegates, speakers, and attendees. The app contains the day’s agenda, a timeline for social posts, interactive competitions, and information about all our sponsors.

You’ll have access to your exhibitor page to upload your own videos or documents and edit

Pickup

Stands can be packed down from 3:30pm, after delegates have entered the closing keynote.

Boxes should be labelled and should be left in the designated pickup spot in the exhibition hall.

AV Hire

All stands will have access to power and the inhouse etc venue wifi. Platinum and Headline sponsors have a screen included in their package already. If you would like to hire a screen please contact Nicola Whiteley (details below)

Schedule

The days schedule and all talks will be available on the day in the Conference brochure, but a brief overview of the day is available here.

Set-up time is available on the evening of 17th June from 7pm – 9pm, and then on the morning on the 18th from 7am. Stands should be ready by the time delegates begin to arrive at 8am. Stands can be closed down from 3.30pm after all delegates have made their way to the main room for the closing keynote.

All keynotes take place in the main room – the room splits into three for the breakout sessions.

All breaks are in the exhibition space with the catering stations placed amongst the stands (shown on the floorplan below).
