We’ll talk about what led Laura to develop the IMPACT Engine System, what she’s learned from working with PMO leaders and teams around the world, and why the shift from outputs and activity to outcomes and impact is proving so important.

We’ll also explore what this means in practice – how PMOs can build trust, strengthen their influence, and become more closely connected to the strategic priorities of the organisation.

Laura will be joining us ahead of her visit to the UK, where she’ll be speaking at the PMO Conference in London before running the face-to-face IMPACT Engine Fundamentals course on 19 June – which went down a storm last year, by the way!

We’ll touch on how the Fundamentals and Practitioner courses fit alongside Laura’s more in-depth certification and coaching programme, and why these different learning routes have been created for PMO professionals at different stages of the journey.
