In this session we launch the new Inside PMO Report. Simply called PMO Leadership, we will take a look at what leaders in PMOs today are doing and gain insights on how they manage and lead their PMO teams.

The session also brings a focus onto leadership skills and how these are adopted and used – not just by the PMO Managers themselves – but also by their PMO team members. Leadership is not just something senior managers do, its in all of us, and we all demonstrate leadership in our day-to-day roles.

The Inside PMO Report will also be launched on the 6th May and available to download and read later.
