AI is moving quickly from something we experiment with to something that is beginning to change how organisations plan, deliver and manage change. But what does that actually mean for PMOs and the people working within them?

Join the House of PMO in Edinburgh for an after-work evening of drinks, pizza, networking and conversation as we bring together a panel of PMO and change professionals to explore AI in the real world.

We’ll start the evening with a short House of PMO briefing, sharing what we’re seeing across the PMO profession right now and some of the questions emerging around AI, before handing over to our panel.

Rather than another session about what AI might do one day, we’ll get into the conversations PMO practitioners are having now: where AI is genuinely proving useful, where the hype is getting ahead of reality, what organisations are comfortable with, what they’re worried about, and how the role of the PMO might change as adoption grows.

Expect different perspectives, practical examples, plenty of audience questions and probably a few disagreements along the way.

And remember, this is the House of PMO, so there will be an empty seat available!
