With over a decade of experience in project management, Tanja began their career in corporate banking and transitioned into project management somewhat unexpectedly. How do I sign up for membership?

First, make sure you have a House of PMO free account and are logged in.

You can create an account here or login.

Once you’re logged in, you can upgrade to individual membership here.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, when you complete your purchase an invoice will be automatically sent to the billing email address.

If you need additional copies of the invoice, please get in touch

Can I pay by bank transfer (BACS)?

Membership is only available via a credit or debit card card subscription.

If this causes any issues for you, please contact us for assistance.

What happens at my renewal?

You’ll receive an reminder email of your renewal date to the billing email address 30 days before the renewal process.

If you need to make any changes to your subscription, you can do so at this point from your account page.

You’ll then receive a final reminder at 7 days before renewal.

If there are any issues with your renewal payment, the system will automatically attempt to process your payment over the next week and you can update your payment method at any point during this time. After that, your subscription and membership will be automatically cancelled.

How do I change my subscription payment method?

You can edit your subscription at any point.

To make changes, head to your account page.

Click through to the My Membership tab.

You will be able to see all your membership details here. To edit your payment method, you can click the change payment button.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can edit your subscription at any point.

To make changes, head to your account page.

You will be able to see all your membership details here. To cancel your subscription, you can click the cancel button.

How do I decide if I need corporate or individual membership?

If you’re looking to buy membership for 1 or 2 people then you probably just need individual membership. 

If you’re looking to procure membership for your whole team, then corporate is for you. 

If you’re not sure, just give us a call, submit a contact form or schedule a chat.

How do I access my NHS discounted rate?

Just make sure your account is registered to an NHS email address. 

When you upgrade to membership, it will apply the NHS discount automatically. 

You can edit the email associated with your account at any time on your account page.

What is student membership?

Student membership is offered to anyone (18+) studying at A-Level equivalent or higher and interested in the PMO or project management professions. To apply you just need to tell us a little bit about your studies. Find out more  . . .

What happens after I purchase membership?

You’ll receive an order confirmation and invoice to your billing address and your account willl be automatically updated to your new membership level. 

You can check your membership level at any point on your account page.

You’ll be able to access your membership benefits straight away.

How do get started on Comaea?

To get started with Comaea, first make sure you are logged in and your account is upgraded to Individual Membership.

Then, complete the Comaea access form and your Comaea account will be set up within one working day.

How do I access my PMO Conference discounted rate?

Just make sure you’re logged in when purchasing your PMO Conference tickets and your membership rate will be automatically applied.
