Each PMOLearn! features four key theme areas.
Each learning session features the theory and practical application approaches followed by classroom exercises.
It’s just like being in the largest PMO classroom training you’ve ever had.

The Mystic Art of Benefits Mapping
Benefits Mapping – Dark Art, just Art or an important part of managing successful projects?
Benefits Mapping can be a confusing, time consuming and complex process, but, when done well, can also add tremendous value across the project lifecycle and into operation.
Learn about the terminology, the different techniques and how to make sure that they add-value at the beginning, during and at the end of projects.
Take part in an interactive exercise to work-through a practical example which can then be applied within your own organisations.

Asking Powerful Questions
Asking Powerful questions is one of the skills identified in the PMO Competency Framework. The activity of PMO is often defined as providing the right information, at the right time in order to make the right decisions within the delivery of change. To meet this objective the PMO needs to be able to pull valuable insight from people.
This session will explore how PMO can be the catalyst for decision-making, resolution of risk and issue and shared understanding through effective questioning and, of course, listening.
There will an opportunity to identify great questions and practice with your colleagues.

Everyday Change
The Everyday Change workshop brings together individuals, organisations and expert talent to re-shape how we look at, respond to and deliver change.
Everything we do is about improving how we deliver change within our organisations and translating that into measurable and tangible day-to-day impacts on what you do and how you work.
And the best bit? It’s all about you.
The session is designed to help you get to grips with both the emotional and rational sides change for the days you need to dig deep and for any bumps along the way.

Diving into AI and Data Analytics
AI Adventure: Diving into AI and Data Analytics for PMOs
As the role of PMOs continues to evolve, it’s becoming increasingly important to leverage the latest in technology to drive business value.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore the House of PMO’s competency framework and how AI and data analytics can help you develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in each of its four competency domains.
Through a series of live demos, you’ll discover practical examples of how AI can be applied to P3M administration, P3M delivery support, PMO management, and P3M enabling.
