The opening keynote session for the PMO Conference in London in June 2023 has been announced. Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez takes to the stage to open the conference with PMOs Rest in Peace / Welcome Chief Project Officer. Antonio the global champion of project management and author of the “Harvard Business Review Project Management Handbook” (HBR 2021) and HBR magazine’s featured article “The Project Economy Has Arrived” (Nov 2021). Matthew Milsom
Matthew is a highly experienced PMO Director with over 15 years’ experience gained across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Banking, Telecoms and Utilities, in organisations ranging from FTSE100 companies to small start-ups.
With the explosion of Agile Transformations in recent years, Matthew has recognised the lack of support for the PMO profession as part of these transformation efforts. He now focusses on coaching and mentoring PMO leaders to help redefine and position PMO as a valuable function to help organisations succeed in their transformation and beyond.
