DESCRIPTION:Present with Confidence – The PMO Summer Series is a three-part virtual learning experience from House of PMO\, designed to help you build one of the most valuable PMO skills: confident\, impactful communication. \nEach session focuses on a key part of the presentation journey – from crafting compelling content\, to designing clear and professional slides\, to delivering with confidence and presence. Whether you’re presenting at work\, running a knowledge session\, or stepping up to speak at a PMO event\, this series will help you feel more prepared\, polished\, and self-assured. \nYou can attend one\, two\, or all three sessions – each one is standalone\, but together they build a complete foundation for confident PMO presenting. \nSession 3: The Practical\nThis is where it all comes together. In the final session of the Present with Confidence summer series\, you’ll have the chance to deliver – to practice your presentation skills in a safe\, supportive environment. \nWe’ll start with tips on managing nerves\, using your voice and body language\, and connecting with your audience – even through a screen.
