DESCRIPTION:In this session we put the focus on the PMO Analyst role. \nThe session covers three different areas of the role: \n1️⃣ The roles and responsibilities of the PMO Analyst – including the competences\, knowledge\, skills\, behaviours and character which help people become great at this job. \n2️⃣ The job in hand – what are PMO Analysts doing on a daily\, weekly and monthly basis? \n3️⃣ The career path for PMO Analysts – it’s not a linear path (well\, it could be\, but where’s the fun in that!)\n \nThis is a good session for any PMO Analyst to take a look at\, plus for PMO Administrators aspiring to become PMO Analysts or managers of PMOs to help support PMO Analysts in the job. \nThis session was initially run on the 8th February\, 2024.
