This diagnostic process identifies strengths\, gaps\, and areas for development\, serving as a foundation for targeted training and career progression​. \nEach member of the House of PMO has access to the online self-assessment tool\, Comaea\, and in this session we share the latest update to the online tool. \nWe will also be providing an overview on what the PMO Competency Framework is and how to get started with a self-assessment.
