It’s rarely the frameworks or the tools alone – it’s the behaviours behind them. \nThis interactive session explores the behaviours that underpin effective PMOs\, drawing directly from the PMO Competency Framework and insights from the Inside PMO research. We’ll look at behaviour at three levels: \n\nindividual PMO professionals\,\nPMO teams\,\nand the PMO as an organisational entity.\n\nBecause behaviour isn’t just personal. When it’s consistent and collective\, it shapes trust\, influence\, and outcomes. \n  \nWhy behaviour matters\nPMOs don’t operate in a vacuum. Organisational culture\, pressure\, incentives\, and context all influence how a PMO behaves day to day. \nWe’ll explore why behaviours that work well in a portfolio PMO might not land in a project office or a centre of excellence\, and how context changes what ‘good’ looks like.
