AI doesn’t solve disconnected systems\, inconsistent processes\, or poor-quality data – it amplifies them. The organisations seeing real value from AI are those that have first invested in digital maturity. \nThis session explores how PMOs can build a single source of truth by connecting project\, portfolio\, resource\, and risk data within the Microsoft ecosystem. We’ll demonstrate how better governance\, integrated reporting\, and intelligent automation create the foundation for AI-driven forecasting\, portfolio insights\, and decision support.
